We are so excited for Skye's first litter.  We expect these puppies to excel in competition homes or make wonderful family dogs for active families.

When we added Skye to our program, we had hoped for a girl that would excel in field work, but also have an excellent off switch.  Skye has exceeded our hopes and loves to work, but is also a wonderful family dog in the house.  Skye has a heart of gold and is eager to please. This makes her very trainable and is a great working partner.  Skye went 4 for 4 tests to earn her AKC Junior Hunter Title (JH) and HRC Started Hunter Title (JH).  She has also earned titles in dock diving, FastCat, barn hunt, and many more!

Duke holds his own in the duck blind and is a wonderful working dog.  He has been hunted several times over the past few duck seasons and he is a dependable, eager hunting companion.  He easily earned his AKC Junior Hunter (JH) title and has started running in AKC Senior Hunt Tests.  Though Duke is an excellent working dog, he also is a great dog with the family in the house.

With the background that Duke and Skye bring with them, we expect their litter to produce some really nice puppies.  We would expect their puppies to excel in many sports such as rally, dock diving, obedience, FastCat, and of course hunt tests.  They should also make some excellent hunting dogs and wonderful family dogs for active families.

Both Duke and Skye are fully health tested in accordance with the recommendation of the Golden Retriever Club of America.  This means all required health testing has been completed for their hips, elbows, eyes, heart, and genetic panels have been completed.  Both Duke and Skye are genetically clear on the common diseases golden retrievers are tested for.
